  • Microsoft has announced that they will be unveiling the next Xbox on May 21st!
  • Yesterday, Nintendo started selling the Circle Pad Pro accessory for the 3DS XL on their online store after just listing it 2 days prior. There are no plans to bring it to retail this time, even though the one for the 3DS was a Gamestop exclusive.
  • Although nothing has been officially announced, nor leaked, the ESRB has given The Sly Collection, the one from PS3, an 'E' rating for the PSVita. No given release date or details, but I'm sure an official announcement is right around the corner.
  • Sony has made it official: Jak and Daxter HD Collection will be coming to the PSVita in June for $29.99.
  • EarthBound is finally Wii U bound, arriving on the Virtual Console at some point. Nintendo says they will unveil the release date later in the year. See guys, years of begging can eventually pay off (as long as they don't pull what the did for the Wii release...)!
  • Microsoft will be holding an Xbox Live Gold free weekend from April 19 - 22. All you silver-level members, get your deathmatches in while you can!
  • Deadpool will be out June 25th for PS3 & Xbox 360 for $49.99 and on PC for $39.99.
  • I wanted an Oculus Rift already to begin with. I want one even more now. First Person 'run-em-up' Mirror's Edge has been modded to work with the VR headset, currently in the hands of devs and Kickstarter backers. You can watch here.
  • A Mega Man FPS!? I wish... The folks over at Polygon posted a great article on Maverick Hunter, a Mega Man FPS that was in development through Capcom and Retro Studios (the team behind the Metroid Prime series). We all know the outcome, of course. A very interesting read though. You can find it here.
  • Remember that hefty delay placed on the then WiiU exclusive Rayman Legends? Turns out it was worth it. On top of bringing the platformer to Xbox 360 & PS3, developer Ubisoft Montpellier took that extended time to add 30 new levels as well as several new bosses to the game.
  • Epic's latest Unreal Engine 4 will not run on Nintendo's Wii U. At a recent GDC press conference, Epic Games VP Mark Rein stated that UE4 was not designed with the Wii U in mind.
  • After weeks of speculation and rumors, Square Enix has officially announced that Deus Ex: Human Revolution Director's Cut will be coming to the Wii U later this year. Straight Right Studios, the team behind Mass Effect 3's Wii U version will be handling the port.
  • Indie-platformer Fez will be available on Steam May 1st!
  • Indie Dev Mojang has been eyeing the PS3 as the next home for Minecraft once Microsoft's exclusivity deal ends for the Xbox360.
  • Start stockpiling bananas! Nintendo has officially announced a release date for Donkey Kong Country Returns 3D for the , you guessed it, Nintendo 3DS. Go ape on May 24th.
  • Want to snag the demo for The Last of Us early? Then pick up a copy of God of War: Ascension and you'll be able to. The demo will be available May 31.
  • Exploring takes time and careful attention to detail. Tomb Raider's immersive world easily puts it in the running for game of the month.
  • Gaijin Games' Bit.Trip Presents...Runner 2 released today for Wii U and Steam. It will be out tomorrow on Xbox Live Arcade and March 5th on PlayStation Network (Vita and PS3).
  • The Witness, new game from the creator of Braid, will be a PS4 exclusive when it initially launches.
  • Hide your wife! Hide your kids! Last year's brutal PC indie hit Hotline Miami is coming to PSN for PS3 and Vita this spring!
  • Today is February 20th and we all know what that means! Sony has some big announcements planned today, which we all assume will be about the PS4/Orbis. As we find out, we'll keep you updated!
  • Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is now available on Android & iOS devices!
  • Team Ninja announces Kasumi and Momiji as playable characters in upcoming DLC for Ninja Gaiden 3: Razor's Edge for the WiiU. Both characters will be free of charge, though no clear release date was given.
  • Rockstar confirms Grand Theft Auto V for Spring 2013. Pre-orders to begin next week.

  • It's official! Jet Set Radio is now up on the PlayStation Store for all PlayStation Plus members. $8.99
  • Prepare your tinfoil hats! Psychonauts is coming to PSN this Tuesday via PS2 Classics.
  • PopCap confirms the sequel to 'Plants vs Zombies', the highly-rated defense game from 2009, 'Plants vs Zombies 2' will be released in late Spring, 2013. More info soon, keep an eye out.
  • The latest installment in the 'Sly Cooper' series is being pushed to the beginning of 2013. Be on the lookout for it on Playstation 3 and PS VITA early next year.
  • Bohemoth's 'Castle Crashers' is set to be released on Steam in the near future. Voice chat, gamepad support, and achievements will be available. Keep on the lookout for a release date.
  • Ubisoft pushes back the PC release of Assassin's Creed III to November 20th. Life goes on...
  • Nintendo has announced that they will bringing the Golden Nunchuck, originally Japan only, to America's Club Nintendo program. For 900 coins, you can pick yours up to go with that snazzy golden Wii remote that came with your special edition of Skyward Sword Supplies are limited!

  • The Android based Ouya (pronounced 'oo-ya') Kickstarter ended today at a whopping $8,583,769. [update]: You can now pre-order your own Ouya console for $95 over at ouya.tv
  • Sony confirms Raiden (MGS, not MK) and Sackboy for PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale.
  • Zen Pinball 2 coming to PS3 and Vita September 4th. Unnamed Pop-Cap game themed table to be announced at PAX Prime.
  • Sleeper beat 'em up hit, Scott Pilgrim vs The World, will be getting much needed online multiplayer(!) and a new DLC character, Wallace, on August 19th.
  • The latest title update for snowboarding game SSX adds head-to-head multiplayer and a free ride mode.
